German Secret Services and Big Business in ethnically cleansed Kosovo

The German plan to regain their losses of the first and second world wars in Central and South Eastern Europe is now almost complete. The Czechs have been split from the Slovaks (the German puppet State during the Second World War war guilty of horrendous trading of Jews to the Nazis) the break up of Yugoslavia into the same Nazi friendly statelets which existed between 1941 and 1945, the abolition of 15 central banks and currencies and the effective destruction of the constitutions of 25 previously sovereign democratic nations – now controlled by Germany in the EU.

There remain only the formal and internationally recognisable European State as represented by the European Constitution and mopping up operations in the former Yugoslavia. The uprising of the terrorist Albanian KLA in Kosovo was preceded by the establishment of a base for the German Secret Services in Tirana (Albania) – just as the illegal recognition of the State of Croatia by Germany in 1991 was preceded by ten years of subversive activities inside Yugoslavia by the those same secret services.

Now Germany has – with the help of the moronic ignorance of the history of German imperialism and fascism in Yugoslavia by the USA and the UK – repeatedly succeeded in placing its people in positions of power in the former Yugoslavia. It is rather like the UN giving German politicians prominent roles in settling the crisis between Jews and Arabs when the history of the German State was in destroying Jews and recruiting racist and fascist friendly Arabs!

Similarly for the European Union (or effectively Germany) to put someone like the Jesuit educated Roman Catholic Javier Solana in a critical role in the treatment of Orthodox Serbs – who have been repeatedly massacred and ethnically cleansed at the hands of the Vatican’s “Jewel in the Crown” Croatia – just beggars belief. On the other hand we see from the appointment of Paddy Ashdown the former absolute ruler of Bosnia (another Roman Catholic sent among Orthodox Christians and Bosnian Muslims) that personality defects, political ignorance, religious incompatability and the ruthlessness of the inadequate are standard qualifications for EU foreign policy assignments.

Perhaps the most hilarious example of this tragic ignorance was President George W Bush talking in the context of Lebanon of “Islamic Fascists” when the USA and Germany blindly supported the avowedly Islamic Fascist Kosovo Liberation Army which welcomed NATO troops in Kosovo as “Fascists”.

We now see in this report from the German journalists of German Foreign Policy how the way to the secession of the Serb land of Kosovo (where UN forces have tolerated and German troops have promoted the ethnic cleansing of Serbs, Roma and Jews by Muslim bigots) has been well prepared by the German State acting with the impunity they enjoyed during the Nazi era – except now they have the blessing of the EU and NATO! The German inspired “International Commission for the Balkans” contains the kind of corporatists with fascist credentials we would expect.

The Following are extracts from reports by the German journalists of german-foreign-policy.com

The German secret services have begun to train Kosovo Albanians in the arts of spying and state security. The German State has been particularly active in establishing its own networks with widespread influence in the confiscation and sale of Yugoslavian State property in Kosovo.

Germany is preparing for the secession of Kosovo from Belgrade and discussing various forms of German colonial trusteeship. In true corporatist fashion the Robert Bosch Foundation (one of the most active promoters of German Europe’s hegemony through the EU) initiated an “International Commission for the Balkans” to propose the gradual absorption of Kosovo into the EU without even the pretence of a period of sovereignty! The other unsustainable statelets which Germany created out of the former Yugoslavia should according to Bosch also be included in an expanded EU or put together in some form of collective state!

The Serbs report that the German Secret Service is to take over the training of Kosovo agents for their own secret services in Pristina while internal agents are being trained by the German “Federal Office for Constitution protection”.

The German Secret Services, having played such a critical role in the Kosovo Liberation Army’s rebellion against Belgrade are ideally placed.[1] with well documented contacts between the terrorist organisation and German Government figures.[2]

Even now, according to the London Minority Rights Group (MRG) in a report on the results of the seven year long NATO and UN “protecting authority” in Kosovo, “nowhere else are there so many ethnically pure towns and villages”. The Group is particularly critical of German military personnel who with other EU forces have systematically promoted lawlessness by failing to act against the most serious crimes and have by providing special privileges for occupying forces set aside basic human rights.

The continuing lawless state of Kosovo and the apparent approval of its secession has lead to protests from Moscow. The Kremlin naturally seeks to apply the same logic to the secession of Russian speaking areas of Georgia!

As MRG reports the minority situation in Kosovo is “the worst in the whole of Europe”. “Nowhere have minorities’ fear of persecution – purely on the basis of their ethnicity – reached such levels” as in the Serb province of Kosovo. MRG points out that the Serbs and Roma are unable to return to their places of origin and must continue to live in camps. “Nowhere else in Europe is there so great a risk of ethnic cleansing in the near future and indeed a risk of genocide”

“By allowing the bullying of minorities UNMIK and KFOR clearly demonstrated that they accepted ethnic cleansing and the division of Kosovo“.

According to the MRG report it was especially German units within KFOR which through repressive measures against Serbs who wished to return to their villages enforced ethnic segregation. “The German KFOR troops set up control points to stop Serbs returning” Only the intervention of the then leader of the OSCE mission in 2001 was able to put a brake on German troop activities.

MRG also criticised the legal immunity the occupying KFOR troops provided for themselves as they removed normal legal protections from the local population. “Even the most basic of all human rights, that every arrest must comply with the courts was overturned while KFOR and UNMIK themselves were above the law. Rights written on paper were thereby meaningless”.

When the late President of the Serb province of Kosovo Ibrahim Rugova was recently buried in Pristina the German Foreign Minister (and former Head of the German Secret Serrvices – ed) was present and witnessed how armed members of the KLA in illegal uniforms accompanied the coffin and fired their guns in salute. (Nothing shows how the UN and NATO have betrayed both Serbs and Kosovo Albanians than this: the KLA extremists whose murderous activities Rugova and most Kosovans opposed (Albanian Kosovans being represented in the Milosevic Federal Government in Belgrade) now rule the roost – thanks to the USA the UK, Germany and the EU – ed)

The position of Head of Section for Economic Development within the UN administration is the German Joachim Ruecker. Ruecker, for many years the Mayor in Sindelfingen in Baden Wuertemberg is responsible for the illegal “privatisation” of Yugoslav State assets in Kosovo. (Note how this activity, without the permission of the internationally recognised sovereign power in Kosovo, Belgrade, is typical of European fascism. Don’t wait to legalise what you want to do anyway, don’t bother with any democratic justification nor any nicety of international law – just take what you want – and regularise it all later – or never if necessary. This will be familiar to those who live in Blair’s Britain where democratic powers are taken from local government and given to corporatist fascist “regional assemblies” whom no one elects but nearly everyone rejects but which cannot be abolished – ed.)

In his function Ruecker presides over the sale of industrial and mineral assets to foreign investors. As Safet Gerxhaliu, Director of Foreign Relations in the Kosovo Albanian Chamber of Commerce recently noted Ruecker had put the “privatisation process” on the “right path” (3)

Berlin’s policy of breaking up states in South East Europe and the prevention of a Greater Albania by maintaining a sovereign Kosovo is in difficulties. A formal secession would be against UN Resolutions, would incur the anger of Moscow and would give an unwelcome push to Greater Albanian ambitions. In this connection the so called “International Balkan Commission” seeks the “integration” of Kosovo into the EU (although how a province, stolen from Serbia, but not itself a sovereign state, can sign itself into the European Union is another question – ed!)

This Commission, initiated by the Robert Bosch Foundation [5] is consists of among others the former German President Richard von Weizsaecker, the former Italian premier Giuliano Amato, the former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt.

(Richard von Weizsaecker is the son of Ernst von Weizsaecker who was Hitler’s ambassador in Rome – in particular at the time of the expulsion of Rome’s Jews by Mussolini’s Fascist Government. Giuliano Amato was a Vice President of the Convention which drew up the European Constitution. He is on record as one of the most fascist of the Euro-State elite:

“Sovereignty lost on a national level does not pass to any new individual. It is entrusted to a faceless entity….and those in command can neither be identified nor elected. Its place will be taken by a multitude of authorities…, each of which will be at the head of different interests” – a classic element of Fascism!

“In Europe one needs to act ‘as if’ – as if what was wanted was little, in order to obtain much, as if States were to remain sovereign to convince them to concede sovereignty The Commission in Brussels, for example, should act as if it were a technical instrument, in order to be able to be treated as a government. And so on by disguise and subterfuge.” – ed)

With such fanatical “builders of Europe” their recommendations come as no surprise. – a gradual transition of Kosovo to “independence” (ie removal from Serbia) without the province becoming a sovereign state. The UN’s authority should be transferred to the EU (“independence without full sovereignty”) the second phase being negotiations with the Kosovo Albanian authorities about entry into the EU (“guided sovereignty”) with a final absorption into “Europe” (“shared sovereignty”!) (6)

The “Commission” recommends the same absorption process for Bosnia and Macedonia. The alternative would be European “neo colonial rule” over these “protectorates”

Furthest advanced is the planned EU “Anschluss” in the energy sector. In several agreements with the EU the Balkan protecorates must declare themselves ready to restructure their gas markets according to German and EU models and offer EU member states the right to construct pipelines to Central Asia and Iran.
