2. BURIAL OF GERMAN WAR CRIMINALS IN POLAND
NAZIS RE-CLAIM LAND IN EAST AS “HUMAN RIGHT”
February 2004
Translated and commentated by Rodney Atkinson
INTRODUCTION: As I predicted in my 1998 paper Der Drang Nach Osten the German political class had deliberately created in the structure and regulations of the European Union the mechanisms by which Germany could effectively re- take whole areas of Eastern Europe from which they were expelled during or after the war. Those mechanisms were “European Citizenship” by which Germans would have the right to free movement into the East, the freedom of movement of capital, by which German industry would be able to take over whole areas of East European industry (in particular radio, television and newspapers for propaganda purposes) and – most dangerously and more recently – the use of laws against “xenophobia” and the Human Rights Convention in order to claim back property confiscated from Germans – be they Nazis, Nazi collaborators or sympathisers.
This report from our German colleagues at german-foreign-policy.com shows in the most grotesque terms how even the most ideologically obnoxious German elements feel able to appeal to that perpetual aid to fascists, communists and dictators – “human rights”. It is the restriction in the power of the State or, historically the Monarch (ie the assertion of individual FREEDOMS) which characterises the anglo-saxon countries and those who have based their constitutions on that tradition. The European Union has a different and more dangerous history – with the results we see here.
KALKHORST – The Alfred Toepfer Foundation (Hamburg) is demanding further compensation for their lost Nazi land in the East. It was in the property of the Foundation during the Nazi period that the conquest and “Germanisation” of Germany’s neighbours was planned. The former Nazi possessions comprise several hundred hectars and are the subject of dispositions made by the 1945 Potsdam Agreement. They were confiscated then “to prevent the return of German militarism and Nazism for ever”. In the opinion of the litigants their “human rights” were thereby contravened!
The notorious Foundation belongs to an influential group of German Ethno Organisations and enjoys direct contacts with the German Government (as do other race based, German expansionist groups with fascist antecedents who today promote regionalism within the European Union, see other articles on this site – ed)
The Minister of State in the German Chancellery Christina Weiss (Social Democrat) works under the auspices of the Toepfer Foundation. As the European Court confirms the Toepfer Foundation has claimed the protection of the European Human Rights Convention. Although they were in fact compensated for the loss of their property in 1994 the amount awarded was “far below the present sales value” of the former Nazi property. (This would make a ludicrous precedent if everyone – not least Jewish claims against Germany – could revise their past compensation on the basis of future market movements! -ed).
Aryan World
Among the properties of the Toepfer Foundation were the Kalkhorst Estate which up to 1945 functioned as a Reich Leadership School. Foreign collaborators with the Nazis were trained to take over governorships of the German Reich in the conquered European states. The basis of the pans was the racial “New order” for the continent according to racial norms. The Founder himself, Toepfer, gave Race lectures at Kalkhorst and swore allegiance to the blood unity odf the Aryan world (“blood comrades”).
Toepfer, a Hamburg industrialist, was active during the Second World War in Paris where he he supplied the German occupying forces. As French historians report (1) his firms also supplied the occupied Polish territories. For the mass graves of the ghettos of Lodz his firm supplied slaked lime (to aid the decomposition of bodies -ed). Toepfer soon put his Nazi crimes behind him after a short prison sentence and invested his ill-gotten gains in new ethnic/political activities. According to the same sources (2) Toepfer employed in Germany several convicted of Nazi crimes, among them the man responsible for the deportation of 400,000 Hungarian citizens of Jewish descent. Furthermore Toepfer employed in the 1960s a Nazi author who became known for his denials of the murders at Auschwitz.
Because of this background to the Foundation several scandals were unearthed in France. Foundation prizes which were awarded in Strassbourg (The Strassbourg Prize”) had to be cancelled; further protests by French historians prevented an appearance by the Toepfer Foundation in the German Historical Institute in Paris. Despite a parliamentary question in Switzerland which referred to Toepfer as a “Nazi Criminal” and despite questionable activities by the Foundation in ethnic politics it remained undisturbed in Germany.
For instance the former President of Baden Wuerttemberg, Spaeth, accepted one of the Foundation’s prizes in Basel in January 2003. The Minister responsible for Culture and the Media in the German Government, who is “directly responsible to the German Chancellor”, works for Toepfer in Hamburg. The Minister, Frau Weiss, is responsible there for “the promotion of the customs” of the Hansa town.

NADOLICE WIELKIE, Poland
War time nazis guilty of murder have a right to an honourable memorial and world wide tending of their graves says the German Association for War Graves, after the remains of alleged Auschwitz criminals were discovered in a German military cemetery in Poland.
Whereas the Poles are demanding that the bodies of Concentration Camp personnel are re-buried elsewhere the War Grave Association says it would “not automatically check whether those buried there were good or evil…All the dead have a right to a grave”
It is thought that several cemeteries contain the bodies of Nazi criminals even though the proof of the murders they committed has been known for years. The recently discovered remains in Nadolice Wielkie were former SS members whose activities in the Auschwitz concentration camp do not come under the category of “military action” which means they are not covered by the German-Polish War Graves Agreement.
During the German conquest and occupation of Poland between 1939 and 1945 350,000 German soldiers died as well as 100,000 German civilian employees or members of terror units which operated outside the terms of the Hague Convention (among them many German concentration camp guards).
In Nadolice Wielkie, which is located near the Auschwitz extermination camp many SS names are included on a memorial. This has lead to a repeat of the events in Italy where there have been similar protests (The German War Grave Association had honoured mass murderers at a cemetery in Milan – together with uniformed members of the Mussolini regime).
In Africa “Hottentots and Half-castes”
The State financed German War Grave Association also looks after graves from the First World War. In an inversion of the truth the Association wrote in Autumn 2003 in a publication about the German military occupation of Namibia (German South West Africa) that the soldiers had belonged to a “protection force” which sought to put an end to “tribal conflict”. The natives consisted of “Hottentots and Half-castes” the Association’s publication explained using the racist language of the colonial period. (1)
