In Timothy Snyder’s book “The Holocaust as history and warning” he rightly asserts that
Hitler Europe’s exterminations (in Ukraine, Poland, Croatia, Russia and elsewhere, usually
with fanatical local support) were due not to nationalism but to the statelessness born of
supranationalism and the breakdown of nation states, their social structures and their
rules of law – much like Europe today. This is also the more than 20 year message of this
Freenations website and the 25 year long publications by this author.
Of course Hitler was also not a racist in the simplistic way a nationalist might be. His
racism (as Europe’s today with its penchant for “Aryan” Syrians but hatred of Russian and
Serb Slavs) was highly selective – as his delight in the extreme racism of the Grand Mufti,
Bosnian Muslims and Kosovo Albanians made them all his allies while exterminating
Russians, Serbs, gypsies and other Europeans who resisted him.
It is therefore precisely this statelessness so ably chronicled by Snyder in his
explanation of the Nazi holocaust (which of course scooped up a lot more than Jews)
which we witness today in the Middle East – by outside intervention – and in the
European Union – by deliberate design.
As the European Union, now more than ever the product of German power and German
political philosophy, has destroyed its internal borders in the pursuit of a nation-free
corporatist superstate so it has proved that that superstate cannot control its external
borders.
Millions of Syrians, Kurds and Libyans (fleeing the consequences of America and the UK’s
naive attempts to remove strong Middle East leaders and the State structures they
preserved) are accompanied by others from Africa and the Balkans taking advantage of
the chaos.
It is instructive that Egyptians are not fleeing in their hundreds of thousands since that is
the one country where Obama’s support of the corrupt murderous and Nazi founded
Muslim Brotherhood (also well ensconced in the corridors of the White House) has been
reversed by an Egyptian army only too well versed in the history of Muslim fanaticism in
Egypt.
These mainly Muslim hordes entering Europe with aggressive demands (far more from
aspiration than desperation) are attacking not only their hosts but their fellow refugees if
they happen to be of the wrong religion or nationality.
On their way to Germany where the horrifically ignorant Angela Merkel offered an
open door (even driving Germans out of their homes to accommodate her refugees) many
non Muslims were thrown overboard on the Mediterranean crossing and Christians,
Kurds and Yazidis in the shelters in Germany are being attacked by Muslims with
increasing frequency and ferocity. An Iranian Christian refugee is reported by the US
Gatestone Institute as saying:
“I fled from the Iranian secret service because I thought that in Germany I could finally live
my faith without persecution. But in the refugee shelter, I cannot admit that I am a
Christian, or I would face threats… They treat me like an animal. They threaten to kill me.”
Max Klingberg of the Frankfurt based International Society for Human Rights said:
“We have to dispense with the illusion that all of those who are coming here are human rights
activists. … We are getting reports of threats of aggression, including threats of beheading, by
Sunnis against Shiites, but Yazidis and Christians are the most impacted.”
No wonder Heinz Buschkowsky former mayor of Berlin’s Neukoelln district admitted that
truth which Merkel is now suddenly blind to (having not long ago condemned multi
culturalism because “it did not work”):
“The bulk of the migrants who are arriving here cannot be integrated.”
The police in Germany are demanding that refugees of different nationality and religion
are segregated, as indeed all mass refugees who come to another country eventually do
anyway, to the detriment of the religious cultural and constitutional cohesion of the host
nation state. The otherwise disastrous British Home Secretary Theresa May has just
become popular overnight for asserting this simple truth.
Indeed even at this early stage of the mass migrations invited into Germany by Angela
Merkel the whole basis of the rule of law, on which Germany’s economic and political
success was based after the end of fascist “law” in 1945, is being blatantly undermined.
In Hamburg the City officials say they will confiscate property if the owners do not hand it
over for housing refugees. As the German State and the EU have always know there is
nothing like a crisis to force through what democracy would never allow! The Nazis’ ways
are evident in the words of the Mayor of Tuebingen Boris Palmer:
“If a property is confiscated… a lawsuit to determine the legality of the confiscation can only be resolved after the fact. But the accommodation would succeed in any event.”
How the arbitrary rule of the all powerful fascist state of the 1930s and 1940s would recognise and
applaud this new German law – the law of the corporatist fascist State of which this website has
warned repeatedly is the consequence of the destruction of nation states.
Nor must we forget that it was not just the Nazis in the West whose destruction of nation states led
to mass murder. It was Stalin’s form of totalitarianism – soviet communism – which, having annexed the Baltic States and Finland with German approval in 1940, began mass executions and ethnic cleansing. As Snyder reports in his book it is precisely the supranationalism of a Hitler, a Stalin (or as we should see clearly today an EU) which brings statelessness and chaos and various forms of ethnic conflict.
As Hitler and Stalin each marched across Europe with their multicultural superstates they produced
a chaotic statelessness:
“4 million of the 5.5 million Jews killed were murdered in the stateless zones….Whereas the war’s
average was one murder for every two Jews in Europe in the stateless zone it was 19 out of every
20. Statelessness not occupation decided the scale of murder.”
But today it is Putin and the CIS which are trying to preserve a loose federation of nation state
structures in the East and it is Washington and the European Union with the aggression of NATO
who are advancing ever Eastwards with its nation-state-destroying “constitutional tanks” bringing
about a Europe which looks very much like it did in 1941.
Only a return to the integrity of the nation state, democratic sovereignty and free trade under freely
entered treaties, as this website defines in the term NATIONISM, can prevent a return to the evils of Europe’s past. That corporatist fascist ideology with its contempt for free peoples and nations has arisen once more with the governments of those nations which defeated it in 1945 now on the side of their historic enemies.
